FNP needed for interim coverage - FT/Primary Care at Georgia Medical Staffing LLC

Description

Our agency is in need of an experienced FNP to provide interim coverage to an employee/family based primary care clinic in Dodgeville, WI.

First Coverage Need:

Thursdays Only, starting ASAP - Oct 30, 7a-4p

Second Coverage Need:

Mon-Thurs, starting Nov 3-Feb 26, 7a-4p

Closed: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, NYE & NYD

Basic primary care to employees/spouses & dependents, age 3+

8-10 patients per day

Staffed with additional APRN & RN

$90 per hour

Paid malpractice, shadow training & module training

Requirements

Must have active WI state licensure

Must be BC

Must have 2+ years in primary care as an FNP

Must have clean background
