Factory Manager – Printing & Manufacturing Operations
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Factory Manager! We’re seeking a seasoned operations leader with expertise in printing, packaging, and manufacturing management to oversee multiple business units, including Offset & Digital Press, Lamination, Press Logistics, Foil Stamping, Prepress, and Estimating & Planning. This is a rare opportunity to lead large-scale production for some of the most beloved trading cards in the world.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do
Lead production operations across multiple printing and packaging business units.
Oversee KPIs, budgets, and performance goals in alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with managers to ensure cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams while driving accountability.
Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, QMS, and all company safety and security standards.
Partner with executive leadership to set strategy and achieve business growth.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of management experience in manufacturing or printing operations.
Deep knowledge of printing processes, substrates, lamination, foil stamping, and offset press equipment.
Proven track record in operational leadership, strategic planning, and financial management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with ISO, OSHA, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement practices.
