We are currently seeking exceptional Special Education teacher candidates for the 2025-2026 school year at Eden Lake Elementary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field
Applicants who will hold the following credentials by September 17, 2025 are welcome to apply. We will work with applicants whose license is in process.
- Minnesota Teacher License: Special Education (Grades K-5)
  - We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify
  - The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed

Compensation & Paid Leave
- Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $51,831 and MA: $63,451; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE)
- Performance Awards available
- Up to 12 sick days and up to 2 personal days of leave given yearly

- Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,115 per month toward family plans.
- Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans

- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for pre-tax medical and dependent care
Retirement
- 403b with a district match of up to 2.25% of annual salary
