The District
Bloomingdale School District 13 consists of two elementary schools and one middle school with a total enrollment of 1,400 students. The district is 25 miles west from Chicago and serves the suburban communities of Bloomingdale, Roselle, Medinah, and Addison. Along with small class sizes, award-winning schools, highly ranked educational programs, and a strong financial position, District 13 ensures that students are afforded the very best educational opportunities. The schools are supported by highly qualified and dedicated staff, involved parents and community, and a committed Board of Education. The current superintendent is retiring as of June 30, 2026 after serving in this capacity since 2012. The new superintendent will begin July 1, 2026.
