The Post
 
This is an extremely exciting and dynamic role that is focused on uplifting communities and putting residents first, whilst balancing commercial awareness, data and insight. The Housing Companies and Brents Travellers Site have corporate support to thrive. The post will ensure that happens by leading the operational and strategic response to Traveller Site Management, informing best practice, holding contractors and corporate services to account and making targeted and steady improvements that build trust, transparency and accountability. 
 
The Housing Companies are wholly owned by Brent and the post will focus on improving the customer journey and increasing revenue through a dedicated and supported team of staff. The role will involve untangling systemic issues and creating and embedding new process and policy that sees consistent, resident led services and high levels of tenant and license satisfaction.
 
The Person
 
You will be tenacious, empathetic and inclusive. You will need to be detail oriented and able to manage performance using raw data where necessary, to ensure that rent and debt is managed effectively to support better resources and service delivery. You will be comfortable with managing stakeholders at all levels and highly organised, reliable and able to drive forward improvements with autonomy and ownership.
