Men's Evening Supervisor | Second Shift-Direct Hire | Covington, KY

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Men’s Evening Supervisor to oversee evening operations at our facility. This role is responsible for supporting individuals in need by ensuring a safe, structured, and welcoming environment during evening hours. The supervisor will help implement policies, oversee facility activities, and assist with the nightly reception of individuals seeking meals, shelter, and other supportive services.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist individuals seeking meals, shelter, clothing, showers, or laundry services
• Maintain accurate records of clients and services provided
• Work alongside volunteers, chapel speakers, and program staff to support evening activities
• Monitor building security and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Submit requests for supplies and oversee proper storage and use
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the facility
• Address issues calmly, confidently, and with compassion

Qualifications:

• A believer and follower of the Lord Jesus Christ
• Genuine compassion and a heart for helping others
• Ability to minister to clients facing challenges
• Calm, confident demeanor in handling difficult situations
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience through life learning

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:00am 

Pay:

• $20-23/hr Paid Weekly
• Retirement plan with up to 3% employer match (403b)
