Payments Specialist (Full-time) Farmington Branch
LOC Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, is looking for a full-time Payments Specialist at our Farmington office. The ideal candidate will serve an important role in helping their team through our "Let's Win. Together." principle!

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Order reissue cards (ATM, Debit and VISA) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide Credit Union and LOC team members with excellent customer service regarding card issues and disputes.
- Manage fraud cases and handle disputes completely, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison with our card processor including lost/stolen reports, disputes resolution, charge backs, fraud and combined warning bulletin.
- Ability to analyze fraud patterns and occurrences; review Card Compromises alerts and ascertain risk levels; report and make timely recommendations to management on appropriate actions to identify and prevent loss.
- Perform all ACH functions. Review and respond to the daily ACH reports including but not limited to, ACH origination, Alkami, Notification of Change (NOC), Death Notices, ACH Pre-notification report, etc.
- Perform Item Processing functions daily including the share draft in-clearing file, submitting the share draft return file in a timely manner, balance daily transit files and related general ledger accounts.
- Process incoming and outgoing domestic and foreign wire transactions in accordance with OFAC requirements. Post wires to member accounts and assess appropriate fees.
- Follows established policies and procedures of the Credit Union; reliable and dependable to promote member service and satisfaction.
- Process and approve deposits made at LOC ATMs.
- Analyze transaction patterns and respond quickly to high-risk situations.
Who We're Looking For:
- This individual must have proficient communication and organizational skills.
- Good computer skills.
- The drive to help their members and our growing group of teammates anyway they can.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- College course work a plus
- Six months to two years credit union/financial institution experience and/or plastic experience
