Are you a Psychiatrist who’s passionate about strengthening families and nurturing emotional well-being from the start? At St. Anne’s Family Services, we’re seeking a contracted Psychiatrist to support our Mental Health Services Team.

What You’ll Do:
- Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, and observations
- Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose patients
- Prescribe and administer medications according to diagnosis
- Monitor patients to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medications
- Collaborate on the creation of a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and adjust as needed
- Provide psychiatric crisis intervention as needed
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Collaborate and communicate with the broader St. Anne's team of therapists, child and family specialists, case managers, and other stakeholders about treatment, care, and to assess and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Current and valid board certification in psychiatry Remain licensed to practice medicine in CA
- Maintain current DEA registration
- Excellent knowledge and familiarity with current DSM criteria
- Familiar with psychiatric crisis assessment tools and techniques
- Strong working knowledge of general psychiatric principles and practices
- Experience working with young children and families, especially in community-based
- Excellent communication, cultural humility, and collaboration skills
- Availability for up to 10 hours per week as a 1099 contractor
