Your Role

• Drive product performance baselining and define OKRs aligned with strategic goals.
• Advocate for customer-centric digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to inform product development.
• Prioritize features across delivery teams based on commercial and strategic impact.
• Analyze emerging tech and market trends to shape product direction and roadmap.
• Champion MVP development with a focus on feasibility, viability, and desirability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and deliver AI solutions.
• Lead business case creation and monitor KPIs to track product success.

Your Profile

• Proven experience launching data-driven digital products with strategic alignment.
• Skilled in user research and translating insights into prioritized product features.
• Strong grasp of LEAN and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficient in market analysis and competitor benchmarking using analytics tools.
• Experience in agile/scrum environments with backlog and sprint planning expertise.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team experience.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and senior leadership.
• 4+ years in P&C insurance and a passion for innovation in AI and GenAI.
