And right now, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join us and help shape our growing conference and events portfolio in the medical and healthcare sector.
This isn't just about selling; it's about being a strategic partner to our clients, helping them communicate with healthcare professionals in a meaningful way. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of events Wonderly organise on behalf of a prestigious medical organisations including the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Diabetes UK. including.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key player on our team, you will be responsible for sales to existing and new clients across our healthcare accounts. You'll be reporting to our Group Commercial Director and working hand-in-hand with our brilliant Operations, Marketing and Content Production Teams.
Be the driving force behind revenue growth for your client base and exciting new business areas.
Own the client relationship, from initial pitches to in-person meetings, using your sharp presentation skills to showcase our full portfolio.
Create magic by crafting bespoke, multi-channel proposals that blend conferences, exhibitions, content, and digital solutions perfectly.
Champion our brand by professionally representing Wonderly and Haymarket both internally and externally.
Bring your sales ability and collaborative spirit to a high-performing team where everyone plays a role in our success.

Who We're Looking For
This role is for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and getting results. You're not just a salesperson; you're a strategic thinker and a problem-solver.
You're a sales powerhouse with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
You've done this before. You have hands-on experience of events, working with clients in the healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
You're a relationship builder with a proven history of managing and growing key accounts.
You're naturally professional, self-motivated, and a fantastic team player.
You have a curious mind and a solid understanding of the unique communication challenges and regulations within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
You are ambitious, target-driven, and meticulous in your work.
