As a Solutions Engineer IV in Growth Platforms (GP), you’ll be the driver behind enterprise-wide solutions that power the global launch of investment products—from ETFs and Mutual Funds to SMAs and more. Step into a strategic role where you’ll unite business and technology units, accelerate global expansion, and champion tech that’s scalable, sustainable, and built to last.
🌍 What You’ll Do
🔧 1. Lead Product Launch & Scale
Spearhead execution of Capital Group’s long term strategic plan by leading global product technology rollouts end-to-end with precision and innovation.
Collaborate across business and technology teams from marketing and sales, portfolio construction, compliance, trading, accounting and performance management to gather requirements and architect robust technical solutions.
Partner with Investment Operations business groups to establish Day in the Life processes that complement the Global Operating Model.
📊 2. Maintain Product Health & Compliance
Align with cross-functional teams and develop product roadmaps that manage end-to-end scale and mitigate operational and regulatory risk.
Lead incident analysis and vendor performance reviews, analyze trends and influence roadmaps to improve product health and scale.
🧠 3. Continuous Improvement Through Mentorship & Learning
Mentor globally distributed teams and elevate design standards.
Run scrums, lead feasibility studies on industry trends, and shape business cases.
Share insights and foster team growth through knowledge exchange.
🎯 What You Bring
8+ years of expertise in enterprise solution engineering and financial business analysis.
Experience in software development lifecycle, cloud-based architecture, investment product definitions, operations and related workflows (such as, Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs).
Experience with technology platforms in the financial/investment industry such as CRD, Aladdin, etc.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
