We are recruiting a Class 1 Driver to join our team at our Bradford Depot. Our Drivers are a big part of what keeps our business moving! You’ll be out on the road looking after our customers and playing a vital role in keeping our network running smoothly. If you’re a safe, reliable driver who takes pride in what you do, we’d love to have you on the team. In order to be considered for this role you will need to hold a valid driving licence with Category C+E and hold a driver CPC.

Role Purpose:
Warehouse operative required with counterbalance forklift licence.
What You Bring:
Skills:
Be punctual, consistent, and dependable.
Ensure warehouse is tidy and safe at all times. All tasks must be allocated fairly and completed.
Ensure timely order picking, loading and unloading. Understand priority unloading and loading.
Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, making sure stock is accurately recorded, labelled and in good order.
Handle equipment checks (e.g., forklifts, scanners) and report malfunctions.
Maintain high productivity and keep downtime low.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
Follow and enforce warehouse procedures and SOPs.
Quickly address any issues such as inventory discrepancies, staff absences, or delays.
Communicate clearly with shift supervisors, managers, and other departments.
Flexibility towards a shift pattern.
