Develop a deep understanding of customer specifications and packing requirements. Ensure every berry-packed pallet meets expectations—from freshness to presentation.
Training & Compliance
Lead the onboarding and training of new QA team members. Ensure full compliance with customer specs and internal SOPs through clear guidance and mentorship.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Maintain strong working relationships with production, allocations, and operational teams. Facilitate a continuous flow of quality and performance information across departments.
Packing Oversight
Work closely with production management to ensure packing SOPs are followed precisely. Coordinate with allocations to ensure pallets are sorted correctly and packed to spec.
Quality Feedback & Communication
Provide timely feedback to growers, procurement, and technical teams about fruit arrivals and quality trends. Help drive improvements and maintain transparency across the supply chain.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
Champion a clean-as-you-go culture to uphold top-tier hygiene and safety standards. Support the Head of Quality and Compliance with audits, initiatives, and continuous improvement.
