Requirements

Do what you love:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects with a financial focus (e.g., ERP/Billing system migrations, process optimizations, post-merger integrations).
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Finance, Controlling, and IT to ensure project alignment and success.
• Coordinate with C++ developers and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of internal financial tools.
• Develop and implement KPI-based project monitoring and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control requirements.
• Support risk-related initiatives and navigate non-transparent or complex project environments with confidence.
• Apply agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to drive project delivery.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello for project tracking and documentation.

Show what you've got:

• You have proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally in finance or IT environments - at least 2-3 years in this area.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You have a strong understanding of financial systems, compliance, and process optimization.
• You are familiar with ERP; other billing systems are a plus.
• You have experience with working in agile environments and using agile tools.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
