Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels including: Job portals, professional networking platforms/ industry communities and social networks to build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Field recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus drives, walk-ins and on-ground outreach initiatives.
- Assess candidate suitability for designated skill buckets (Focus Talent Groups) through structured evaluation.
- Updating the candidate information live into Randstad’s internal Database system and periodically refresh candidates’ data in the FTGs.
- Build, nurture and continuously expand candidate networks and talent pools across relevant industries and geographies. Should have geographical knowledge of that particular region.
- Ensure FTG pipelines remain adequately stocked to meet forecasted hiring demand.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Center colleagues to improve fulfillment ratios and overall placement success.
- Needs to have a proactive approach, adaptive to team dynamics, attentive and should be a team player.
Key Knowledge Areas:
- Strong understanding of sales hiring, FOS (feet on street) roles, banking/financial services domain would be a plus.
- Expertise in modern recruitment strategies both online and in-field.
- Multilingual preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Post-graduate qualification.
- Minimum 0-2+ years of experience in non-IT hiring / volume hiring, preferably including field recruitment exposure.

- Proactive network building activities/ candidate funnel based on the FTG’s.
