The Senior Technical Writer is responsible for planning, developing, drafting, and editing standard operating procedures and supporting documents to communicate complex technical information internally and externally. Working under limited supervision, this job produces electronic and hard-copy documentation, maintaining standards to conform with firm and quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Documentation Quality & Content Creation: Produce high-quality technical documentation that meets 95% accuracy standards as measured by subject matter expert reviews.
- Process Documentation: Lead the design and documentation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually.
- Business Partnership: Establish strong working relationships with key business partners and subject matter experts.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives annually using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
