What will you be doing?
As Chief of Staff for Enterprise Applications, you’ll be the strategic and operational heartbeat of a global IT organisation. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Enterprise Applications and their leadership team to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations, while also driving long-term transformation.
You’ll lead governance and performance reviews, manage financial planning and vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, data and business IT. From strategic planning to workforce management, you’ll bring clarity, rhythm and structure to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a trusted advisor, a master organiser and a confident communicator. You’ll need to:
- Bring 10–15 years of experience in IT operations, PMO or business management, ideally within enterprise applications
- Demonstrate strong program management, governance and executive communication skills
- Be highly organised, process-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
- Show leadership presence and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders globally
