Requirements
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
 - Customer support experience is a plus
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented
 - High school diploma or vocational training completed
 - EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
