As a Future Talent – Finance Analyst, you will embark on a learning journey to understand the financial dynamics of Tetra Pak’s commercial operations. You will develop skills in profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, while learning how to support decision-making across key business units. Through close collaboration with Finance Directors, Key Account teams, and Technical Services, you’ll gain exposure to equipment financing, project control, and customer profitability strategies. This experience will prepare you to contribute to financial planning and performance management, helping drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

This position will be based in Monte Mor, São Paulo - Brazil.


The start date for Future Talent Program will be the February, 2026.

What you will do

 

As a Future Talent - Finance Analyst, you will: 

 

  • Support Finance Director, Key Account Directors, and Key Account Managers;
  • Report on the profitability of the business unit;
  • Identify profit enhancement opportunities & coordinate implementation with Sales Management/Technical Service Management;
  • Participate in the project control process for business units;
  • Understand & assist in the management of the installed base – Utilisation/PLC/Impairment Risk/Deployment Consequences;
  • Secure & share Equipment financing expertise;
  • Support business unit order to performance process;
  • Prepare Equipment financing calculations;
  • Manage customer Profitability;
  • Support for budget and forecast;
  • Review and support the business control activity (monthly closing, expense control, timely provisions etc);
  • Participate in monthly reviews;
  • Be a strong guardian of internal control procedures;
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and tax requirements;
  • Drive innovation projects and revision of our internal processes;

We believe you have

 

  • Recent graduate of a Professional level Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Passion for excellence;
  • Customer centricity;
  • Interest in taking your career to the next level;
  • Finished or will finish your studies between December 2023 and December 2025;
  • Availability to travel the percentage required;
  • Drive for Innovation;
  • Curiosity and love for technology;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese spoken and written. Spanish will be a differential;
