As the Commercial Strategy Lead at ATI, you will transform operational data, internal knowledge, and market inputs into actionable commercial intelligence and strategic documentation. You’ll lead the development of business reports, insight-driven presentations, and proposal materials that reflect ATI’s value to both current clients and future opportunities.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, Partnerships, and executive stakeholders. You will gather, synthesize, and communicate insights in ways that shape ATI’s commercial strategy, program design, and client growth conversations. Blending analytical thinking, strategic framing, and structured communication, you will drive commercial clarity across the business.
Your Main Responsibilities
You will lead analysis of operational data and insights to create high-quality presentations and strategic client-facing documents.
You will produce reporting templates, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), business updates, and case studies.
You will support and co-develop responses for RFI/tender processes, ensuring ATI’s narrative is strong, structured, and substantiated by data.
You will conduct internal data gathering across departments to synthesize key performance insights.
You will develop data visualizations and performance stories from Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
You will support commercial planning such as pricing models, program strategies, and partner frameworks.
You will stay ahead of industry trends and bring in competitive intelligence to enrich ATI’s strategic approach.
You will lead and motivate your team to strengthen analytical and presentation skills, while initiating strategies or programs to enhance ATI’s overall commercial strategy.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, client success, or strategic communications.
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
Excellent English communication — written, visual, and verbal.
Proven experience in building reporting decks and business storytelling for senior executives or decision-makers.
Excellent analytical skills (logic score above 75).
Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functionally.
Experience in commercial, business development, or sales functions.
Exposure to handling overseas clients.
Prior experience in the travel or aviation industry (a plus but not required).
