Worthington Enterprises is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our Medical and Wellness Center as an independent contractor. Our Medical Center will provide the space at no charge and promote the massage therapy practice. The massage therapist will set his/her hours and bill independently. The ideal candidate will have a background in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized massage treatments that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages.
- Assess clients' needs and preferences to tailor massage treatments accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and in good condition.
- Provide clients with information on post-massage care and wellness tips.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license to practice in Ohio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.
