Salience Health is a multispecialty, outpatient clinic focused on providing collaborative care. Our goal is to help all patients reach functional remission and improve overall health outcomes. About the role of the Advanced Practice Provider
- · Supervision, collaboration, & mentorship provided by a psychiatrist and primary care physician
- · Must be able to see new and established patients
- New Patient appointments are 60 minutes; F/U appointments are 20 minutes
- APP must be able to see patients from ages 13+
- · Understanding of DSM V Criteria and psychopharmacological management required
- · Ability to develop a differential diagnosis and complete medical workup required
- · Utilization of clinical data (vitals, labs, PHQ9, GAD7, WSAS, Epworth/Stop Bang) into decision making and treatment planning required
- · Participate in Interventional Psychiatry (training provided)
- · Up to 20 patients/day are scheduled: our providers see an average 16-20 patients/day
- · Majority of patient visits will be completed In-Office; remote work is not available for this position
- · Must be proficient with computers
- · Understanding ICD-10 and CPT codes; basic understanding of Coding & Billing required
- · All providers rotate after hours call
- · Monthly meetings with APP team, Medical Director and Supervising Physician
- · Quarterly meetings with all providers
Requirements
Qualifications for Advanced Practice Provider:
- ANCC board Certified PMHNP-B or Certified PA
- Current BLS
- 1-2 years in a Psychiatric Outpatient setting preferred
