Work Schedule:
90% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours, 4:0am-4:30pm 3 shifts/week. Every other weekend and 2 holidays/year. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime

Qualifications
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and three years of phlebotomy experience. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
Licenses & Certifications
- PBT(ASCP) certification. Required
- CPR Certification. Preferred
- Complete required education hours to support PBT (ASCP) or NHA certification. Required
