Shuttle Driver - The Bayview Hotel at Witham Family Hotels

As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll be the friendly face who transports our guests safely and comfortably between the hotel and downtown Bar Harbor. If you enjoy driving, have a clean driving record, and love delivering top-notch guest service, this is the perfect opportunity.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, seasonal (spring through fall)
• Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Friday through Sunday
• Pay: $20.00/hour + tips

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated locations in Bar Harbor
• Provide a warm, professional, and friendly guest experience at all times
• Assist guests with luggage or other needs as needed
• Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure the shuttle is clean, fueled, and safe to operate
• Report any vehicle maintenance concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and hotel team to coordinate guest needs
• Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior professional driving experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable driving a passenger van in both daytime and nighttime conditions
• Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused with excellent communication skills
• Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently
• Able to lift luggage or assist guests as needed
• Comfortable working Friday–Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
