About the Role:

The Treasury Operations Manager will manage the Treasury Management support/operations personnel and will be responsible for the overall management of the existing Treasury Management customers as it relates to those services.  The position will serve as the bank’s expert on all treasury management servicing (including, but not limited to customer onboarding, Cash Management, RDC, and positive pay, etc.).

 

This position will serve as a proactive, client-focused trusted financial partner to clients through a seamless delivery of depository services. Will work with the team to ensure that reasonable service level agreements are established and met. Will always provide high quality customer service while assuring bank and division profitability and asset quality standards are met. 

 

The pay range for this position is $65,227.99 - $97,841.97/annual.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITES AND DUTIES:

Growth and Profitability of Department:

  • Build and maintain successful relationships with new and existing customers by identifying and referring additional services to clients.
  • Work closely with department leadership to define and establish department goals and monitor progress to goal.

 Service:

  • Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures on Treasury Management Services, including Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, commercial cards and Cash Management.
  • Maintain a tracking system for all current and new treasury management customers, including all products being utilized and ongoing annual review and fee review activity.
  • Ensure customers are fully trained on treasury management products and provide on-going support to them.
  • Manage department in-bound service inquiries from customers and troubleshoot service issues, while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Manage the customer implementation process of treasury management services. 
  • Prepare and provide input to the preparation of reports, planning strategies, and budget goals and results.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by complying with Bank policies and procedures and operating within all current federal and state regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Train, mentor, and coach support team on, but not limited to, products, service, audits, scheduled reviews and expectations of the department.

About You:

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field, applicable certifications (AAP, CTP, APRP) plus five years related experience. Will consider a combination of experience and/or education in lieu of a degree.
  • Has demonstrated ability to lead and instruct others.
  • Knowledge of Banking industry, policies, and industry regulations.
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations exercising flexibility and sound judgment.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         Operate and read computer terminal screen.

·         Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and staff.

·         Communicate/hear telephone conversations.

·         Operate 10-key calculator.

·         Lift up to 35 pounds.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
