Job Summary:
We're seeking a Junior Account Manager to support our Beauty team in delivering exceptional client service, with a primary focus on gifting and loyalty program accounts. This role will report to the Account Manager, assisting with day-to-day project management, client communication, and cross-team coordination. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of account management or project management experience-preferably in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or luxury-and is eager to develop into a trusted client partner.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Manager in managing key client accounts, handling day-to-day briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain proactive and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, escalating issues when needed.
- Coordinate across creative, development, and production teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
- Assist with the preparation of client presentations, seasonal reviews, and project recaps.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and key milestones, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for account growth by listening for client needs and flagging them to senior team members.
- Stay informed on beauty and lifestyle industry trends, bringing relevant insights to project and client discussions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of account management, client services, or project management experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or luxury industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing interactions.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver who takes initiative in addressing challenges.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
- Eagerness to grow within account management and take on more responsibility over time.
