KH137 - Part-Time Housekeeper - Upper East Side at British American Household Staffing

A kind family of five is seeking a part-time housekeeper for their home on the Upper East Side. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 3-5 hours per day, candidate's preference on if they want 15, 20, or 25 hours per week. The schedule can either be something like 9:30am-12:30pm OR 4-8pm. The greater need is dinner and after dinner but if the candidate prefers morning hours or a mix, the client is open to that instead. The family is looking for a candidate to start ASAP. 

• Full cleaning and maintenance of 5 bedroom, 5 bath home
• Laundry (no ironing needed)
• Taking out trash/recycling as needed
• If doing evening shift, cleaning up after dinner. If doing morning shift, cleaning up after breakfast. Loaading/unloading dishwasher, wiping down table and counters, etc. 
• Restocking and organizing of household items. Really being on top of stocking the home and making sure everything is order and back stock is available 

• While no childcare is needed, must be child-friendly as there are three young children in the home 
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks to keep everything running smoothly for two busy working parents 

• Tech savvy (ordering items, etc) and able to communicate well via text 
• Legal to work in the US

$35-45 per hour
