What you will do:
- Act as the "go to" for all internal labour requests across your designated regions
- Proactively source, allocate and onboard operatives whilst ensuring full compliance
- Build strong partnerships with Regional Operation Managers - providing support and insight
- Keep labour allocation smooth and transparent
- Continuous improve processes whilst growing our internal labour resource
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in trades resourcing with civil engineering or construction
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (CSCS cards/Medicals etc)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure - and juggle competing priorities
- Proactive, project focused and highly organised
