Overview & Primary Outcomes
Responsible for leading their client portfolio on use of associated AdTech platforms and supporting Associates/Senior Consultants in leading their client portfolios. This includes facilitating Incubeta’s profit growth in relation to the client through all means within their contractual scope. This may include planning/monitoring platform usage maturation and troubleshooting/training to address issues that arise. Opportunities for profit growth that lie outside of clients’ contractual scope will also be identified and proposed to them.
This role has 4 primary outcomes:
- Client Satisfaction: Client service expectations within your contractual scope are clearly met or exceeded.
- Client Maturity: Client platform use maturation is clearly planned and monitored.
- Client Growth: Client servicing requirements outside of their contractual scope are clearly identified and proposals are made to fulfil.
- Personal Growth: Personal knowledge of core/adjacent platforms are built and experience of leading/supporting collaborative working groups is gained.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Selling:
- Support the Sales team by answering platform questions where they are pitching 'Marketing Automation & AI' services to New Business prospects
- Generate positive feedback from clients and convert into externally-usable Testimonials
- Write client-committed Case Studies that can be utilised in our Marketing/Sales material, seeking input from others where needed. Validate Associate Consultant Drafts
- Write & Publish Product/Channel/Industry-related Posts on the Incubeta Website and Social Media (e.g. LinkedIn) Websites, seeking input from others where needed. Validate Associate Consultant Drafts
Client Servicing:
- Troubleshoot client Delivery concerns via Email (Standard) and/or Screensharing (Premium)
- Create Internal (Standard) and External (Premium) Client Roadmaps to plan and maintain servicing of specific clients, seeking input from others where needed
- Create and maintain Advanced Platform Training Materials, seeking input from others where needed. Validate Associate Consultant Drafts of ongoing client-facing updates of Core Training Materials.
- Create Internal (Standard) and External (Premium) Audits and Analyses in order to monitor client platform feature usage, seeking input from others where needed. Validate the drafts of Associate Consultants.
Up-selling & Cross-selling:
- Support the Sales team by answering platform questions where they are pitching 'Marketing Automation & AI' services to Existing Clients
- Work with Client Growth/Planning/Strategy Directors to identify Cross-selling opportunities to generate GP for 'Marketing Automation & AI' and/or other teams
- Identify requirements of specific clients outside the scope of their existing contracts, but within scope of 'Marketing Automation & AI' team's existing services and draft external proposals.
- Identify requirements of specific clients outside the scope of 'Marketing Automation & AI' team's existing services, but within its theoretical capabilities and draft internal proposals on how to monetise
Self-Educating:
- Conduct Technical & Commercial Evaluations of 3rd Party AdTech Solution Providers and attend Google product update sessions
- Lead collaborative working groups to fulfil own objectives and support Associates in delivering theirs.
- Keep Platform Certifications up to date and Validate Monthly Platform Update materials based on Announcements, seeking input from others where needed.
- Create proposals for practical application of Data Automation and/or AI platforms that Incubeta invests in, seeking input from others where needed. Validate the drafts of Associate Consultants.

Learning and Development
We have an in-house team of learning specialists who will ensure a smooth transition into your role and the wider business. As a minimum, you’ll have a forward looking development review every 6 months to discuss your career goals and our L&D team will be on hand to support you to get there.
