Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Intern to join our Corporate Office. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and corporate operations while supporting forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis activities. Working closely with the finance team, you will contribute to ongoing projects, sharpen your technical skills, and gain valuable insight into the workings of a global luxury organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates eager to develop their financial acumen and explore a career in corporate finance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing financial forecasts and budgets using advanced Excel tools.
  • Support data analysis and reporting tasks to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings and reviews.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to research and benchmarking on finance-related topics.
  • Help maintain accurate records and documentation for financial processes.
  • Support ad hoc finance projects as assigned by managers.
  • Participate in meetings and gain exposure to broader corporate functions.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience in accounting is an advantage but not required.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple assignments.
  • Highly organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Curious and open-minded, with a genuine interest in finance and corporate operations.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and ad hoc requirements.
  • Available to work full-time for an initial two-week period in September, with ad hoc hours thereafter.
