What You Can Expect:

Main Activities

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team leaders & technical warehouse operatives, making the most efficient use of resources available, both staff and space.
  • Work alongside the Installation Managers in allocating technical service surveys & breakfix jobs to available technicians.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy for updating systems and records, reusable catalogue (FM) DEMS, Oracle & Elton etc.
  • Assisting the team with reporting any defects or missing items to the client operations team and or end customer and follow escalation process for performance issues, updating tracker reports.
  • Liaise with the dedicated co-ordination team to ensure smooth call flow for all operations.
  • Where applicable, escalating service and performance issues to the UK Service & Installations manager.
  • Create BOM (Bill of Materials) for new demo systems.
  • Complete Engineering timesheets against systems / Job reference (FM).
  • Ensure Radiation Protection Supervisor responsibilities are in place within the team and relevant  qualification and training requirements are facilitated.
  • Maintain and Enforce Radiation Procedure – including the X-ray badge reports and processing.
  • Constantly review processes and systems and recommend improvements and changes.
  • Organise all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
  • Ensure that stock checks and monthly and annual checks/audits are undertaken and are accurate.
  • Performing Stock Checks and working with internal / external auditors to check and verify locations. Including leading yearly PI audits.
  • Ensuring key performance indicators are recorded and provided upon request.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with all key customers.
  • Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policy at all times.
  • Maintain the standards of the company as defined in ISO9001 and ISO14001.
  • In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business and flexibility should be recognised as paramount to the role.
  • You may on occasion be required to work in other Rhenus sites as workload dictates.
