As our Product Specialist for Internal Fixation, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how clinicians treat fractures, driving innovation and growth in our EVOS and INTERTAN brands. What will you be doing? 

You’ll be the driving force behind our Internal Fixation strategy, working across the UK to deliver commercial success and clinical impact. From supporting key accounts and converting competitive users to empowering the sales team with advanced tools and training, your role will be dynamic and influential. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and medical education teams, help to shape brand strategy, and engage directly with key opinion leaders to build advocacy and momentum. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow our presence and improve patient outcomes. 

This is a field-based role in the UK with up to 75% travel. 

What will you need to be successful? 

Success in this role means being a strategic thinker, a confident communicator, and a passionate advocate for our products. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, managing complex projects, and building strong relationships across the healthcare landscape. 

• Proven sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, with a strong commercial mindset 

• Deep understanding of the NHS and ability to navigate a changing healthcare environment 

• Technical competence in Orthopaedic Trauma procedures, with a solution-oriented approach 

• A collaborative spirit and high level of motivation to achieve personal and professional goals
