Your Tasks:
- Program & Curriculum Coordination
Coordinate the development of a structured course by integrating subject matter expertise from cooperation partners with job-related language, theory, and practical content. Ensure the curriculum effectively prepares participants for state exams and supports recognition of professional qualifications in Germany. Lead the planning and communication with all stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-quality delivery. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Drive alignment and collaboration with Project Management and other internal teams to ensure smooth course implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement. Act as the central point for coordinating efforts across internal and external stakeholders. - Employer & Authority Partnerships
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with employers and relevant authorities to facilitate student placements and program delivery. Oversee exam processes and provide necessary documentation to ensure compliance, credibility, and regulatory alignment. - Participant Management
Own the participant journey from onboarding to course completion in the pilot stage, ensuring engagement, progress, and satisfaction. - Quality Assurance & Monitoring (AZAV Requirements)
Ensure early-stage monitoring and evaluation processes are in place to track program quality and participant outcomes in accordance with AZAV standards before handing over to operational teams. Drive continuous improvements to maintain compliance and excellence.
You bring to Lingoda:
- Education & Professional Background: a degree in Early Years Education, equivalent, or substantial relevant work experience in this field
- Language Requirement: Native German & Fluent English skills
Communication & Coordination: Experience in coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder management: Experience working with internal teams (i.e. Project Management, Learning Hub, Sales, Operations, Product) to implement and report on projects, and with external partners, subject matter experts, employers, or authorities to deliver educational programs.
- Course Delivery & Learning Platforms: Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) desired.
- Quality Assurance & Evaluation: Experience implementing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems to ensure program quality and learning outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., AZAV or other QM systems) and experience ensuring compliance in program delivery.
- Participant Management: Track record in onboarding, supporting, and monitoring learners or participants to maximize engagement and success.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Experience identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and program impact.
