Collaborate under the guidance of the HR Digital Coordinator as part of a team focused on advancing and innovating HR systems, with a strong emphasis on Oracle HCM activities. Responsibilities include evolutionary maintenance, version upgrades, and supporting the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the HR Department to optimize processes by adopting Oracle HCM best practices and implementing necessary configurations.
Partner with the HR Digital Application Coordinator to define project objectives and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment with Epta’s Strategic Plan.
Work closely with IT colleagues to introduce innovations that enhance service quality and drive efficiency improvements.
Support HR teams across various countries in the effective use of HR systems.
Manage Oracle HCM upgrades, including impact analysis, regression test design, and validation support for HR operations.
Oversee integrated HR systems connected to Oracle HCM, ensuring continuous improvement, optimal utilization, and resolution of potential issues.
Qualifications
Extensive expertise in all Oracle HCM modules, both functional and technical, with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience. Oracle HCM certification is required.
Demonstrated experience in integrating Oracle HCM with other systems via APIs.
Knowledge of SAP Concur and SAP HR is considered an advantage.
Strong command of English, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
Proactive and energetic approach, contributing positively to team collaboration and goal achievement.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic, international teams, fostering inclusive and productive environments.
