Plan production as per demand planning, ensure the cordinated flow of work so that required targets are met at optimum efficiency
1.Validate the ticket acceptance process.
2.Findout the bottleneck equipment basis on the ticket.
3.Validate the mold, machine, manpower utilization.
4.Decide the Plant Concurrencies.
5.Forecast a raw material requirement basis ticket & monitor the impact due to ticket changes.
6. Prepare manufacturing strategy for efficient utilization of equipment's.
7.Drive a project relative to Plant complexities.
8.Forecast the risk & opportunities on ticket compliances.
9.Control the new tire development plan as per OTD requirements.
10.Analyze the gap between requirement versus capacity.
11.Maintain the work in process inventory as per desired target.
12.Maintain the absolute stock requirement as per desired target.
13.Prepare a ticket breakdown on each work station  based on daily customer request.
14.Balance the quantity requirement at each work station.
15.Maintain the production concurrencies as per target to support production process.
16.Maintain the expected standard of WIP( work in process ) inventory & align it with finance data .
17.Audit the ticket compliance of each work station & analyze the over/under production to support WIP standard.
18.Ensure the production ticket  are met as per quality, quantity & cost target.
19.Ensure the optimum utilization of resources to support the budgeted cost.
20.Prepare the preventive maintenance plan of each work station as per defined frequency.
21.Ensure the preventive maintenance schedule compliance without affecting the throughput.
22.Ensure the new tire development plan as per schedule to meet OTD targets.
23.Prepare a production plan vs actual data to forecast the risk & opportunities.
24.Prepare the action plans that are needed to remedy the deviatation from planned or target output.
25.Ensure that raw materials, finished goods and work in progress are generally maintained at the optimum levels with the cardinal aim of ensuring an uninterrupted system of production to meet demand.
26.Ensure the effective utilization of IT system like SAP,PMT,TV2, Data host , Mazda,CMS to analyze & support quality/production standards. 
27.Responsible for Layered Process Audit.
28.Ensuring the day to day jobs & linkage to the environment & impact on environment.
29.Responsible to control environmental spillage, waste minimization and reduce recycle reuse.
30.Accountable for the Safety & Environmental Incidents taking place in the Plant.
31.Ensure proper utilization of Resources like Stationary, printing and photocopy, Electrical energy during office work. Use of one sided paper while printing and photocopying.
