About the Role We seek a detail-oriented Production & Packing Officer to manage daily paint manufacturing and packaging. This role ensures products meet specifications and are efficiently prepared for dispatch, maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Production: Supervise and execute mixing, grinding, tinting, and blending. Operate machinery, meet schedules, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot minor issues. Packing: Oversee paint product packing, ensuring accurate weighing, labeling, and sealing. Monitor packing lines, manage material inventory, and ensure proper handling of finished goods. Quality & Safety: Adhere to quality control, report defects, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and GMP standards. Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe area, promote PPE use, and participate in safety initiatives. Collaboration: Work effectively with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams; provide guidance to junior staff. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Paints) or MSC chemistry field. 2-5 years of experience in paint, coatings, or chemical processing manufacturing. Understanding of paint production and packing operations, quality control, and safety standards. Ability to operate industrial machinery. Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Physical stamina for manufacturing environment tasks.
