Position Overview

NucleusTeq & NuoData are seeking a highly motivated Partner Alliance Lead to expand our strategic relationships across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading data ecosystem partners (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, and other system integrators). You’ll lead joint GTM initiatives, co-sell motions, and marketplace strategies, while also championing our SI/ISV offerings in collaboration with sales and technical teams. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone passionate about the intersection of cloud, data, and partnerships—and who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Strategic Partner & Channel Management

  • Own and grow strategic partnerships with cloud and data ecosystem leaders (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Develop joint business plans, execute co-sell motions, and track partner-sourced/influenced pipeline.
  • Drive alignment on certifications, partner tier advancement, and joint value propositions.
  • Represent NucleusTeq & NuoData at partner events and ecosystem summits.

Cloud Services & Market Expansion

  • Identify new routes to market and drive adoption of cloud-native services (e.g., migrations, Gen AI enablement, data modernization).
  • Lead partner-facing sales initiatives around programs like AWS MAP, OLA, WAFR, and more.
  • Evaluate and position NucleusTeq & NuoData in competitive market landscapes.

Sales Execution & Enablement

  • Collaborate with internal sales, pre-sales, technical & delivery teams to develop opportunity pursuit strategies.
  • Build co-sell playbooks and field enablement assets aligned to each partner.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across direct and partner channels, reporting on key KPIs.

Marketplace & GTM Activation

  • Manage listings and offer strategies on AWS, GCP, Azure, and other marketplaces.
  • Launch co-branded campaigns, webinars, and solution bundles with key partners.
  • Ensure optimized visibility, conversion paths, and private offer readiness.

Thought Leadership & Content Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing to amplify partner wins, case studies, and joint success stories.
  • Drive content for campaigns, enablement, and ecosystem evangelism.
  • Develop field playbooks and co-sell kits for internal and external teams.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in partner alliances, channel management, or cloud GTM roles, preferably with PDR or PDM experience.
  • Deep understanding of cloud partner ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Demonstrated experience managing co-sell motions and partner programs.
  • Experience with cloud marketplace listings and offer management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate technical and business conversations.
  • Candidate should be willing to work during overlapping hours with the US time zone.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives for partner ROI and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Certifications

  • Experience with AWS MAP, OLA, WAFR, and related partner programs.
  • Experience with cloud-native tools and methodologies (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, serverless, CI/CD).
  • Exposure to Gen AI and ML use cases in enterprise environments.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate-level certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent experience).
