Assoc Analyst Billing at Unisys

What success looks like in this role:

• Gains familiarity with customer Billing processes and systems.
• With guidance, performs standard Billing processes reviews including:
 o Updating monthly billing reports,
 o Running billing reports for invoice balancing and validation,
 o Maintaining purchase orders (PO) expiry data and notifying Accounting team of clients with expired PO’s.
 o Working within their designated responsibilities and delivering high levels of client satisfaction,
 o Posting invoices,
 o Archiving billing files,
 o Verifying data transfer accuracy,
 o Researching data entry errors that impact revenue,
 o Providing audit support activities, and
 o Gathering / organizing data for management / other reports.
• Monitors and maintains PO tracker.
• Gains understanding of Unisys’s billing systems, processes, and policies.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BCom degree and 2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
