Job Mission:
In this position you will act as the main functional resource collaborating with the client throughout the project implementation.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide support on the subject of the design and implementation of strategic technologies in electrical distribution systems, including new technologies for customers.
- Exploration and establishment of new technical areas to meet the capacity and reliability needs of the transmission and distribution system;
- Support or lead the evaluation and planning of resilient projects of the energy distribution network, which include microgrids, automated switching distribution systems, etc.;
- Develop and design documents, which include drawings of plans, one-line electrical diagrams and schematics, arrangement drawings, wiring diagrams, and other drawings and materials necessary to execute the project;
- Analyzing existing distribution data and recommending the proper placement of equipment;
- Work closely with software delivery team members, power distribution system engineers, premium support analysts, premium support engineers, project & program managers, and others to proactively plan and monitor project deployments and ongoing technical support as required by contracts;
- Support that customer requirements are met, and that best-in-class service is delivered to our customer base.
What we expect from you:
- Proficiency in Power Utilities and their characteristics
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (completed or in progress)
- Familiarity with programming languages
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Office Suite
