Scope of Position

Responsible for supporting marketing relationships with customers, developing messaging and executing various internal and external marketing communications activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working with Marketing Communications Manager, support the development and execution of the AO annual internal and external communications plan
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with functional and business leaders to understand their promotional objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and co-promotion activities, as applicable
  • Develop collateral pertaining to products, technologies, and capabilities, including speeches, presentations, white papers and other material
  • Ensure segment’s products, technologies, and capabilities are properly represented in external communications and aligned with business and corporate objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support media relations activities through external key message / content development
  • Support and execute the division’s trade show and event strategy to maximize customer engagement and unlock business opportunities 

Experiences/Education - Required

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field 
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience with measurable success
  • Work experience in corporate and/or business/marketing communications
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop marketing communications plans that align with organizational goals while anticipating future challenges or opportunities.
  • Strategic Project Coordination and Execution: The ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing communications projects from inception to completion. This involves setting clear objectives, mapping audiences, defining channels, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule and on budget.
  • Leadership: Effective leadership, organization, and planning skills, with ability to handle changing priorities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams that span various lines of business, geographic borders, time zones, and cultures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications, as well as interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Technical background or strong passion to learn and engage with AO technology.
  • Travel up to 20%

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Graduate-level education in related field
  • Work experience in product marketing or product line management 
  • Experience with mobile consumer electronics or semiconductor industries, or similar products and technologies

The range for this position is $88,641.00 - $121,882.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
