Are you a licensed, experienced electrician who thrives on solving problems and serving homeowners with professionalism and expertise? South West Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is hiring a Sales Electrician—a dynamic role for someone who enjoys combining technical skill with customer service.
As a Sales Electrician, you’ll visit up to three homes per day, where you’ll diagnose electrical issues, educate customers, recommend solutions, and sell high-quality repairs or installations on the spot. This role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused electrician who takes pride in delivering safe, efficient, and tailored solutions—while also growing revenue through trusted recommendations.

What We Offer
- Competitive Pay & Bonuses: 10% commission rate + and monthly bonuses. On target earnings between $150,000-$237,000 annually, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales: Engage with customers to offer tailored electrical solutions and ensure high satisfaction.
- Diagnostics & Invoicing: Accurately diagnose issues and create detailed invoices using ServiceTitan.
- Revenue Growth: Focus on driving high average invoice amounts and presenting service and upgrade options to customers.
- Work Generation: Generate enough sales to keep install electricians’ schedules full.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with dispatchers, customer service, and install teams to ensure seamless job execution and all payments and loans are processed.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to electrical codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Licensed electrician (EL01 or EL02 in Washington state)
- 3+ years of experience working in the residential sector
- Proven experience in diagnostics, sales, and service.
- Strong customer service background, with a focus on listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Experience using ServiceTitan for job tracking, invoicing, and customer management.
- Proven track record of driving high average invoice amounts and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
