We’re looking for a driven Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help keep our dealerships stocked with the vehicles our sales teams need to serve customers.

Hours are Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 8-4

Every customer experience begins with having the right vehicles on the lot. As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll make that happen. You’ll manage the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of vehicles between dealerships, auctions, and vendors — directly impacting our ability to deliver outstanding service and stay competitive.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate the transportation of vehicles.
• Dispatch and support drivers to ensure professional, timely deliveries.
• Monitor moves, troubleshoot delays, and communicate updates clearly.
• Keep accurate trip logs and provide regular reporting.
• Suggest improvements to make logistics faster and more cost-effective.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics/supply chain coursework a plus.
