Open Roles
Morgan Hill
- Community (Property) Manager – Lead daily operations, resident experience, and community performance.
- Maintenance Leader – Oversee maintenance operations, ensure safety, and guide repair/upgrade projects.
San Jose
- Maintenance Leader – Hands-on leadership role supporting maintenance and upkeep for San Jose communities. (Interviews for this role will be conducted at the Morgan Hill Career Fair.)
Regional Role
- Regional Maintenance Leader – Oversee and support multiple communities across the region, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
