Cooper Auto Group is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the critical role of Automotive Retail - Platform Internet Manager. This position demands a professional who can effectively oversee and enhance our digital presence across multiple dealership locations.
- Implement and maintain rigorous internet process standards across multiple dealership locations to ensure operational excellence.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate reporting to the executive team on traffic and lead performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough training sessions on our established processes at individual stores, utilizing both one-on-one and group instructional methods.
- Develop and implement robust in-store database management processes to maximize efficiency and data integrity.
- Cultivate leadership potential within the organization by mentoring and guiding team leaders and members towards future leadership roles.
- Drive sales team performance through strategic activity planning and maintaining strict accountability measures.
- Oversee the seamless integration of our established processes into newly acquired locations to maintain consistency across the expanding organization.
- Devise and execute sophisticated digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and lead generation capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to produce compelling online content and promotions that align with our brand standards.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive advantage in the automotive retail sector.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key vendors and technology partners to ensure optimal performance of our digital platforms.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to online automotive sales.
- Spearhead continuous improvements to the online customer experience through strategic website enhancements and user-centric interface designs.
- Liaise effectively with inventory management to guarantee accurate and timely online listings of our automotive inventory.
- Conduct thorough, regular performance reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of performance.
