A busy, thriving urology private practice in Lubbock, Texas, is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. High-demand area with a 3.5 million patient draw area, including out-of-state patients—strong earning potential from day one, with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.

Position Highlights:

• Immediate Patient Volume: Current 4-6 week wait for new patients ensures a strong patient base from day one.

• Practice Flexibility: No fellowship required but welcomed, with no preference on the type of urology procedures incoming physician performs.

• Produce locations: Most procedures are performed at a local physician-owned ASC. Office procedural rooms are also available.

• Mentorship Opportunities: Work alongside experienced physicians eager to support and mentor new providers.

• Optional Call: Take paid ER call if desired to help build your practice.

Compensation and Benefits:

• First-Year Guarantee: Competitive salary based on MGMA data.

• Exceptional Earning Potential: Expect to make $1.2+ million with fee for service model between years 2-3.

• Partnership Opportunities: Ownership/partnership in the clinic, ASC, and surgical hospital are available after the first year, with no buy-in or overhead required for the clinic.
