Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Senior Suites Supervisor to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Senior Suites Supervisor, you will lead a team, ensuring our suites and cabanas locations are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. Unit Description:

Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at EverBank Stadium since dating back to 2016. The 67,164-seat venue is home to the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars. We're known for offering imaginative food and beverage items that celebrate the team including teal-colored buns and ice cream.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and coordinates team members, including training on company and departmental standards, and provides constructive feedback as needed
  • Analyzes and resolves problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Suites Manager
  • Learns and is comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to effectively complete financial transactions and answer guests’ questions
  • Maintains clean, organized, stocked, and safe areas.  Immediately reports any low inventory and safety, and maintenance issues to the Suites Manager
  • Completes and assists staff with opening and closing duties as outlined according to departmental standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high-volume environment, is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of operations experience in a sporting facility, hotel and convention space, or high-volume restaurant is required
  • Previous experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system required
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment
  • Good leadership and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks
  • Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
  • No college degree required
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of the suite
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed
