EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Wellness Coach I: Associate’s degree in one of the following fields (social work, health and human services, addictions studies, child development/early intervention, psychology or sociology). Range 35 Wellness Coach II: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (social work, health and human services, addiction studies, child development/early intervention, psychology or sociology). Range 43 LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: • Valid, current California Driver’s License • Evidence of Insurability • Wellness Coach I or II Certificate through the CA Dept of Health Care Access and Information (CDHCAI)

$22.62-$30.32 hourly (Range 35); $27.56-$36.94 hourly (Range 43);** Plus Degree Stipends: Maximum of one allowed whichever is greater AA/AS Stipend: $450, BA/BS Stipend: $900

The positions are .875 FTE, located at the Yolo County Office of Education, and will travel within Yolo County. We currently have 4 Wellness Coach positions. The positions are 7 hours per day/5 days per week, Mon-Fri, and work hours are 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.
