About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Director to lead our European Commercial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing services, negotiating and managing business partnerships and overseeing revenues and bookings across the region in both our Direct and Indirect markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, operations and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Lead and mentor the sales teams and business partners to drive performance and achieve business goals. 
  • Service Management: Oversee the delivery of field services to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Lead service teams to enhance service offerings and address client needs.
  • Partnerships Management: Negotiate and source new business partnerships with the Product Management and Corporate Strategy teams. Ensure partnership management and relationships long term in line with the business strategy.
  • Bookings & Revenue Oversight: Monitor and manage bookings and revenue streams to ensure financial targets are met. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve long-term objectives. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in the European and Latin American markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Experience in managing both direct and indirect sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of the European market and business landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
