Key Responsibilities
- Professional cashier duties
- Processing guest inquiries
- You are the contact person for guest inquiries and provide information about the venue
- Discreet, accurate, and confidential handling of cashier duties
- Accurate invoicing
- Effective communication between restaurant management and service staff with cashier responsibilities
- Handing over lost and found items to our housekeeping team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Comparable experience in a team in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
- A high degree of flexibility, assertiveness, resilience, and commitment
- Team-oriented, independent, and precise working style
- Good German, English, and Italian skills are required
- Well-groomed appearance and discretion
- Experience in cashier duties
- Customer focus and professionalism
- Attention to detail and numbers
- Sense of responsibility
