• Ensures that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged and controlled using project applied systems• Prepares reports and fix identified problems
Job Description
• Creates customer records and document numbers as required and prepare documents for transmittal to client according to project specific procedures• Controls all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and Company procedures (including confidentiality)• Handles and registers all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to project document control procedure• Participates in meetings, as required• Checks document and transmittal quality according to check list for document control• Manages supplier documentation• Collects information for reports
You are meant for this job if:
• High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred)• Up to 2 years of experience in similar role• Professional English• Accuracy and attention to detail• Capable of following instructions and performing tasks as defined in relevant procedures
